De Soto #73 is now accepting applications for the 2026–2027 Early Childhood Program for children ages 3–5. This full-day program helps our youngest learners grow, explore, and get ready for kindergarten.

We are excited to share some outstanding news from our band program! Several of our talented students have been selected for the Jefferson County Middle School Honor Bands. These prestigious ensembles are made up of some of the most skilled middle school musicians from across Jefferson County.
Our students will proudly represent De Soto when the Honor Bands perform on February 26 at 7:00 PM at Jefferson R-7.
