The new process for turning in paperwork for Athletics:

To be eligible to practice for your sport all athletes will need to turn in the following paperwork to the AD office PRIOR to practice and receive a sports participation card from the AD Office. Participant will turn the sports participation card into the coach on the first day of practice:

• Completed physical

• Completed Orange Emergency Contact Card

• Pages to Extra-Curricular Handbook signed
