De Soto #73 School District celebrated Homecoming 2026 on Friday, September 25, bringing students, staff, families, alumni, and community members together for a day filled with Dragon pride and tradition.

The Homecoming Parade was once again a highlight of the celebration, with students, teams, organizations, and community groups making their way through De Soto. Families and community members lined the parade route to cheer on participants and show their support for our Dragons.

The celebration continued Friday evening at the Homecoming football game, where the stands were filled with students, families, alumni, and fans dressed in green and gold. From the energy of the student section to performances and Homecoming traditions, the evening was a wonderful showcase of the spirit that makes De Soto special.

Homecoming is about more than a single game or event. It is an opportunity to celebrate our schools, reconnect with our community, and recognize the pride that generations of Dragons share.

Thank you to our students, staff, families, community partners, first responders, and everyone who worked behind the scenes to make Homecoming 2026 a success. We also appreciate everyone who joined us throughout the day to celebrate.

We are proud to be Dragons!

Go Dragons!
