Below are the registration dates, required documents, and important details for student enrollment for the 2025-2026 school year.

Student Registration Dates:

Athena & Vineland Elementary (Kindergarten – 5th Grade):
July 30, 2025
8:00 AM – 11:00 AM & 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Students enrolling in Kindergarten must be 5 years old by July 31, 2025.

Junior High (6th – 8th Grade):
August 5, 2025
1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
All 7th Grade Students
All New 6th, 7th & 8th Grade Students

Senior High (9th – 12th Grade):
August 6, 2025 (Last names A–L)
August 7, 2025 (Last names M–Z)
1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
All Returning & New 9th – 12th Grade Students

What to Bring for Registration:
Parents/guardians must provide the following:

• Proof of residency (e.g., utility bill, rental contract)


• State-certified birth certificate


• Up-to-date immunization records


• Current physician orders for medications or health restrictions (if applicable)


• If new to the district: Name, address, and phone number of the last school attended for records transfer

**Chromebooks will be distributed to students during the first week of school.

Online Enrollment:
All parents of new and returning students must complete online enrollment through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal.

Important Health Requirements:

• 8th Grade Students – Required to have Tdap & Meningococcal Vaccines


• 12th Grade Students – Required to have Meningococcal Vaccine
