The Missouri Course Access Program (MOCAP) offers students equal access to a wide range of high-quality courses and interactive online learning that is neither time nor place dependent. Because virtual instruction can be an effective education for some students, there may be courses available through a district-provided virtual option or through MOCAP.  If you choose to have your student enrolled in a MOCAP provider program, he/she will be unenrolled from the De Soto School District and will be enrolled as a full-time student in the district that supports the MOCAP program.
